Bill Mann, Principal

Mr. Bill Mann is entering his 17th year as an educator and 11th year in Vestavia Hills City Schools.  He holds degrees from the University of Alabama - Birmingham, University of Montevallo, and is currently pursuing a degree from Samford University. Mr. Mann has served Vestavia Hills City Schools as a social studies teacher, softball coach, track and field coach, assistant principal, and principal. In addition, Mr. Mann has supported the Vestavia community as a board member of the Vestavia Hills City Schools Foundation and league director of Vestavia Hills Recreational Youth Basketball League.

Amanda Jordan, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Amanda Jordan began her educational career in 2007 after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Samford University. She joined the faculty of VHHS in 2009 and spent the next 15 years teaching Spanish. Mrs. Jordan was named the VHCS Secondary Teacher of the Year in 2022, which she considers the biggest honor of her professional career. She earned her degree in Educational Leadership (M.Ed University of West Alabama) and is thrilled to serve as Assistant Principal of VHHS Freshman Campus.
