Driver’s Permit Proof of Enrollment

In order to obtain your Driver's Permit or License, you will need a "Proof of Enrollment" form to take with you to the DMV.  Students should sign up in the main office at least 24 hours prior to the time the form is needed.  The completed form is only good for 10 days from the date it is signed.  In the summer, you can email us or call 24 hours ahead of time.  Your address must be current in PowerSchool; if not you will need to reverify.

Work Permits and Demographic/Student ID Forms

Please contact the registrar at lamarrm@vhcs.us to obtain these forms.  Students must be in good academic standing and have a good attendance record.
